What this is — and isn't

This documents what happened, on the record, from sourced footage.
It is NOT an accusation against any named individual. We do not identify, name, or tag officers — a video proves conduct, not a verified identity, and naming people invites both misidentification and harm.
If footage shows something actionable, the place for it is a court, the Human Rights Commission, or a newsroom with legal review — bodies that can lawfully identify personnel and impose consequences.
